Micro or small operator? Only micro and small operators may have until 30 June 2027; medium-sized operators and traders are due 30 December 2026. Either way, your EU buyer's deadline is 30 December 2026: if your shipment doesn't have a DDS by then, they'll find a supplier who does.

We prepare your origin data
You grow coffee in Colombia, cacao in Peru or timber in Bolivia, and your EU buyer needs the geolocation of your plots and evidence of origin for its Due Diligence Statement. We collect, check and package that data so the buyer’s statement goes through. If you place the product on the EU market yourself, you are the operator, and we can submit your statement as your Article 6 authorized representative.

We submit your DDS
When you place the product on the EU market, you are the operator and you must submit a Due Diligence Statement before lodging the customs declaration. As your Article 6 authorized representative, we prepare and submit it, screen your suppliers’ plots by satellite to support your risk assessment, and keep the evidence on file. You remain responsible for compliance; we answer for the diligent execution of the mandate, on the terms of our contract.

The EU buyer cancels
This isn't a delayed shipment: it's a lost relationship. Importers who can't verify your supply chain move to a compliant supplier, and don't come back for your next harvest either.
Shipment held at port
No EUDR Information System reference number, no customs clearance. One missing polygon stops the entire consignment.
Maximum fine of at least 4% of turnover
Article 25: for a legal person, national law must allow a maximum fine of at least 4% of total annual EU turnover, plus confiscation of the products and of the revenues from them.
Competitors ship first
The DDS process takes 3 to 6 weeks minimum. Starting in Q4 2026 is too late.
